Pick Up & Drop Off
Our tours are circular. The pick up and drop off point is located at the bottom of Thames Street, opposite The Theatre Royal. The exact address to punch into your smartphone is 33 Thames Street, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 1PR. Upon arrival look out for our famous Duck Stop Sign!

Getting To Us and Parking
Windsor has two train stations both very close to our Duck Stop as well as fantastic bus connections meaning public transport is the easiest way to reach us.
If you are planning on driving to Windsor, you will of course, need somewhere to park. In peak season this can be a real challenge.
We highly recommend researching a couple of fall back options in case you don’t land a spot in your ‘first choice’ car park. The walk from our recommended car park to The Duck Stop borders The Home Park and is a lovely way to start your trip to Windsor.

Blue Badge holders (disabled visitors) may park free of charge in any borough car park when displaying a valid Blue Badge. We would therefore recommend parking in River Street or Alma Road Car Park. Please be aware the closest car park to our stop, ‘Castle Car Park’ is not a borough car park, and therefore not free of charge with a Blue Badge.
